Terms and Conditions for Financing Through American First Financial

1. Introduction

This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which customers of Nito Auto Repair LLC may access financing offered through American First Financial to perform repairs and services at our shop. Through this financing, the customer will be able to access an installment payment option, subject to the terms and conditions set by American First Financial.

2. How Does the Financing Work?

Financing is provided exclusively by American First Financial. Nito Auto Repair LLC acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the financing application process. The terms, conditions, interest rates, payment terms, and approval of the financing are managed and defined by American First Financial.

3. What Services Can Be Financed?

This financing is available for services and repairs performed at Nito Auto Repair LLC. The types of services eligible for financing may include, but are not limited to:

• Mechanical repairs

• Vehicle maintenance

• Parts and components

4. Financing Terms

• Approval: Financing approval is subject to the evaluation and approval of American First Financial. The bank will determine whether the customer is eligible for credit, based on its own criteria and internal policies.

• Interest Rate: The interest rate and any other financial charges will be set by American First Financial and will be clearly outlined in the financing agreement signed between the customer and the bank.

• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be subject to the option chosen by the customer and the conditions set by the bank. American First Financial will provide detailed information on the available terms.

• Fees and Additional Charges: Any additional fees or charges will be determined by American First Financial and will be reflected in the financing agreement.

5. Application Process

The customer must complete the financing application process directly with American First Financial. Nito Auto Repair LLC will provide all necessary assistance to complete the application, but is not responsible for approval or the terms established by the bank.

6. Responsibilities of Nito Auto Repair LLC

Nito Auto Repair LLC is not responsible for the terms and conditions of the financing, including but not limited to:

• The interest rate

• Payment terms

• Approval or rejection of the financing

• Any other aspect related to the credit

The shop is only responsible for the repair or service of the vehicle and the administrative support necessary to complete the financing application with the bank.

7. Responsibilities of the Customer

The customer is responsible for:

• Applying for financing directly with American First Financial, ensuring that they meet the bank's requirements.

• Complying with the payment terms set forth in the financing agreement.

• Reading, understanding, and accepting the terms and conditions of the financing provided by American First Financial.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Nito Auto Repair LLC be responsible for any errors or discrepancies related to the financing, or for any damages resulting from the approval, denial, or terms of the credit provided by American First Financial.

9. Modifications

Nito Auto Repair LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published visibly at our shop and on our website.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for financing, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. The customer also accepts the specific terms and conditions of the financing provided by American First Financial, which will be clearly detailed in the agreement with the bank.
